Join us for Calgary experimental filmmaker Kyle Whitehead presenting and speaking about his  Super-8 mm film, IMMANENT UNION,  “confronting the inexorable passage of time into memory and memory into echo.”   The screening is a performance as well, with Kyle creating a soundtrack live to play alongside the film.  

“The theory of immanence holds that divinity is continuously manifest in the material world. Something immanent is intrinsic and permeated through another form, it is innate and inborn. This film remains within, taking place within the mind of the subject and having no effect outside of it.”
